The product is okay, usable, and there's a slight difference between the actual item and the pictures. The customer service is fairly responsive, and it would be great if the seller could enhance the quality and improve the details in the future. I'll keep an eye on it.

The product is just okay and does the job, but there are some slight differences between the actual item and the pictures. The customer service was fairly responsive, and I think there's potential for improvement in quality and details, so I might keep an eye on this store for future offerings.

The switch is ready to use right out of the box, no setup needed. I'm using it to create a home mesh network. The internet speed is over 300MBPS, no drop in speed, as fast as a direct connection. The metal casing has good heat dissipation, it's a solid product.

The app feature is not very useful; I would have been better off just buying the regular version. It seems like a bit of a gimmick. I recommend considering whether you really need the app feature before making a decision.

I find it really worth it, and the value for money is high.

It's really easy to use, just plug it in and you're good to go.

Everything works fine and it's okay to use.

Very useful, and the customer service attitude is great 👍

The product is good, and the customer service is nice. Totally worth buying!

It's definitely worth buying and has great value for the price.

Haven't used it yet, but it looks good.

I’ll definitely buy again; the stuff is really good!

Customer service is not very helpful and seems quite impatient when dealing with issues. It would be better if they were more professional and attentive. This kind of service deserves poor feedback.

The details are really perfect, overall it's quite good, great value for money, will come back next time.

China’s2 pin instead of UK’s 3 pins. Not acceptable for product bought in Singapore.

Good.

The seller was polite, although replies were slow. The product is okay, but I expected a bit more attention to detail.

The item arrived safely and looks very close to the online photos. It is useful overall, though the finish could be more polished.

The item arrived well protected and matched the description. A clearer quick-start guide would make the first use easier.

It gets the job done, although the materials feel less durable than I hoped.
